I'm not sure this is a valid way to answer this question. A better way to do this would be to provide the LLM course materials (lectures, PPT slides, and book) and then test the LLM (maybe RAG). That way the LLM could have some grounding - this method is just seeing what knowledge resides within the training data. The obvious problem with this method is the LLM would have perfect recall of facts - but do we care about that when we are really interested in the application of knowledge?
