Has Intel ever done something like that with returns?
- jeffbee 2y agoOriginal Pentium, similar. I didn't remember the exact details, but they tried to make owners happy. After initially bungling the response, they replaced CPUs by mail and handed out rebate coupons for retail Intel junk.
