Lowest turnout in UK election since universal suffrage, report shows
- reify 2y agoI'm not surprised at all. I have never voted in my entire 77 years. So thats 59 years of not voting. I am a socialist and none of the main parties represent my views. As a socialist I believe in a fair society which has been severely lacking in the last 50 years. I may vote if the "first past the post" voting system is abandoned for the fairer and more representative "proportional" voting system". I think that the Scandinavians have a proportional representation system and their countries look so much nicer than here in Airstrip One. Politics has never represented any of my peers during my lifetime.
