Someone writing about something they are interested in, but which is outside their realm of expertise 2. An article which starts with a strawman 3. An article with a "hot take" title The definition of a color wheel is "an abstract illustrative organization of color hues around a circle". It's meaningless on its face to say that an abstract illustrative organization of anything is "wrong" in any objective sense.
