- cityzen 2y agoSure! This is from around 2000. I was working at skateboard.com in San Diego and one of the founders was a ex Arthur Anderson consultant. He brought in Great Plains which took about a year to setup. Anytime there was anything wrong it was always with Great Plains so we just called it Great Pains. It was kind of a sad situation because the two other founders were really passionate about skateboarding (one was the owner of Tum Yeto) and this guy just set a pile of money on fire and figured it would work out eventually. It did not.
