They should be clearer, this is not an attempt towards full AI movies in one-click from a polished man made story like CyberFilm[1] is dreaming of.
What's presented here is just the less disruptive job title of AI enhanced cinematic b-roll from 3d gen scapes with cool levers to pull. Despite the rhetoric, they dare not tread on any professional toes with a truly immersive scene change ala luna/sora that would upstage the "unique" offering of hollywood.
