I recently purchased/sold a home so I went through this a few times now. The warranties, title search, etc direct mail people are annoying. However, the actual ads for moving companies was great. I just got a stack of 30 moving company post cards, sorted it out by gut feeling basically, and started calling. It was a lot more efficient than google search.
