I think its more viable to apply "AI" to where users already are than force them to use a chatbot. I shouldn't even need to know its AI. There's only a handful

I think its more viable to apply "AI" to where users already are than force them to use a chatbot. I shouldn't even need to know its AI. There's only a handful of contexts I want a chatbot, and only a handful of places I trust to build a reasonable unobtrusive user interface.
