- tocs3 2y agoJeff Bezos can call customer service and get someone on the phone. To be fair, this is early days and he was pointing out to the board that the data they were collecting about wait times on the phone was not good data. It was something they needed to fix. Getting rid of the phone customer service worked. Now no one is waiting on hold.
