- falcolas 2y agoWhen any regulation (SCOTUS also removed the statutes of limitations for "new" companies) able to be challenged by a lawsuit in a court, and there are hundreds of thousands of regulations in place, how could the courts keep up? They're somewhat understaffed as it is.
