While true, I think we've already seen plenty of ways that any halfway savvy employer, like a bank, can create documentation that justifies the firing.
- e40 2y agoSure, if the employee has a file of pending issues. For a squeaky clean record, though, it would be pretty easy for a lawyer to point this out and point to others who were not fired for the same thing.
