I'm assuming your in the US when you talk about the black kids. How much do you think US segregation on racial lines in the 20th century has an impact on this?
- tarsinge 2y agoThis is irrelevant for safety, the parent is talking about a child population potentially more at risk. A lifeguard's job is not sociology or history.
