Actual malice is a legal standard for what you knew when you made the statement, doesn't have anything to do with how you feel.
- vlovich123 2y agoThat doesn’t explain how the sources and background materials from the reporting would be relevant. It just seems like a background way to intimidate those who came forward and to be able to run a smear campaign against them.
