The figure is 75% of global soy goes to animals, and China is more than Europe (although EU is second largest importer of Brazilian soy after China). So the figures are 75% and China+Europe, not 95% and Europe. Either he got it wrong or I remembered it wrong! Thanks for pointing that out.
