  For most people, I think it comes down to habits/practical stuff/availability. Everyone most certainly COULD do it, but don't underestimate how our bodies and brains react to different foods/diets etc.

  I like meat. I'm fine promoting eating way less of it, but I will just never give up on it entirely.
