Wayland Support Preview for JetBrains IDEs

  I stopped using Intellij after they axed their Rust plugin and basically ruined their free-tier IDE. I'm fine with upcharging for official support in a language, but cutting off support for the community edition will stop a huge amount of people from trialing your software.
