It seems most people here accept that NYC should, or has the right to, limit the activities of consenting private parties. Why should the government keep a couple from paying me a fwe bucks to shuffle them down the road? Oh ya, NYC and select parties don't get millions of dollars in fees. Every time I think about NYC, I think of Tammany Hall, and wonder how little has changed.
