Does anyone else get nasal aural symptoms? My go-to signs were a tingling sensation in the nasal cavities, followed by things smelling horrible. I've had the classic visual sawtooth pattern exactly once, but the nasal stuff was there maybe 75% of the time. What seems to have helped was blood pressure medication.
