How do you believe that violates your company mission exactly?
- metabagel 2y agoIt demonstrates a different mission which goes unmentioned officially.
- voidfunc 2y agoWhich is? It sounds like you all invented your own mission in your head. It's pretty basic.
- Pet_Ant 2y agoIf you respect people you invest in them and aren’t trying to replace them with the cheapest option you can. Or, if you do, you make it clear with contracts. At least you give them the warning that they should start looking for other work as you pivot your workforce. Respect means you try to help minimize disruptions and your impact. Now, I know that very few businesses actually respect their employees so I’m not surprised by it. That said, very few businesses treat employees as family and yet way too many claim to and it’s really gross as it profanes “family”.
