A good summary of what I was trying to say is that most companies could do with more leadership and less management.

- throwaway7ahgb 2y agoA very important distinction, in my "Creo" example above, our company specifically used the word "leadership" for the founders and other "leads" of the company. Nobody used the word manager or boss annd anyone could be in a leadership role, it was based on meritocracy.
