Combined with project 2024 plan it does not even have to go that far. They will increase politically selected government officials by thousand or so. They obey blindly the president. When they violate federal law by doing so, the president direct DOJ not to prosecute, or pardon them. Prosecutors and cops can violate federal laws and get away with them if they do it with full support from the president. Because pardon power is core presidential power, it has absolute immunity in this interpretation as is any interference with DOJ. Even Amy Coney Barrett dissented with the part where any prosecution of a former president, juries cannot consider evidence touching on official acts, even in a criminal case based only on private conduct, which is not shielded. This also means the president can sell pardons, etc.
