In my experience shit managers have a really hard time understanding and appreciating the effectiveness of WIP Limits and it creates pressure on teams to break them, at which point Kanban snaps in terms of both predictability and delivery.
- skydhash 2y agoAnything will snap in that case. Resources are finite, increasing workload past the team limit is a bad idea whatever the methodology.
