I never understood this whole rush to sell your business. When I build something I become emotionally invested in it and I wouldn't sell unless I started hating my product or not believing in it any more. There should be a clear motivation behind selling something you care about (well, if you ever cared about your product in the first place, that is), not because techcrunch or VCs tell you it's the right thing to do.
