Talking politics on HN is pretty taboo so I will be careful with my comment. Democrats should have never run Biden in this election and someone else should have stepped in months ago. It's pretty apparent that Biden has been experiencing mental decline and for anyone that's been paying attention, his debate performance was inevitable. Democrats are in a real bind here because if Biden stays in the race he will in all likelihood loose to Trump. Their only shot to victory in November is to get Biden off the ticket and runs someone else. I personally think that someone like Newsom (Gov of CA) is their best shot at this point. But I personally don't think this will work or won't make enough of an impact to dethrone Trump as the poll leader. Democrats should rightfully be pissed with both Biden and the party as a whole.
