AI trains on kids' photos even when parents use strict privacy settings

Begs questions of the supervision of datasets and access controls, because the implications here over consent and abuse of access rights in systems like youtube are quite large. I'm led to believe it was a quite small subset sample. So the implications are that millions of images have been harvested illegally in a dataset of billions of images.
