So, it is possible for execs to get jailtime in the US ... provided that they rob from other big companies. I wonder if negligence that kills people will result in something close for Boeing.

Not really. It is possible for execs to get jail time provided that they rob from big companies, AND the execs' company is NOT big. In case of Boing, execs were absolutely NOT negligent. I'm sure they knew what they were doing, just like dieselgate.
