You need 1 year of employment to be eligible for FMLA. I have 9 months total tenure with internships included.
Right now I'm just taking PTO, which is very limited, after an ER visit for stress related chest pain
- toast0 2y agoSee if you can find out about a unpaid leave? Not as good as a paid leave, but might give you time to breathe.
