Any sociopath who is afraid of whistleblowers will work the system until they are the person (or part of the committee) that handles whistleblower complaints.

Any sociopath who is afraid of whistleblowers will work the system until they are the person (or part of the committee) that handles whistleblower complaints. I have seen this at multiple employers. The whistleblower system is hopelessly broken.
