Did someone really expect US to seriously damage Boeing, one of the few manufacturing companies that still produce in the country?
- neverminder 2y agoBut what would it take? Another crash or two? Boeing is like one of those big supertankers that take forever to change course - even if the iceberg was a kilometre away, there's nothing they could do but ram into it.

- LunaSea 2y agoHad some discussions about the infamous corporate corruption trials that the US wages against foreign (mostly EU based) companies. People here assured me that the US justice system was not leaning heavily on these companies because they were foreign in a bid to tank said companies a trigger a fire sale to an American company. I was also assured that US companies would get the same treatment. I can't wait to have this fair justice dealt.
