Isn't it logical to assume that the US has also already been doing these shenanigans considering that their space program is claimed to be far more advanced than those of Russians? Maybe, even the Chinese are doing it?
- defrost 2y agoSure. Perhaps the interesting part is less that sats can do such things and more that it's now being reported that ground observers can pick such moves out in a crowd.
