- FredPret 2y agoI once concocted a perfectly balanced diet on eatthismuch.com. It was really hard to get every mineral and some vitamins in a regular calorie budget. And then to balance omega 3:6, get lots of protein, etc. It can be done but I wonder if the recommended nutrient requirements are accurate. No human ancestor ever ate the crazy complicated diet I made!
