for context it's all by and about the former German Post Office bank, "die Postbank", that came up with the slogan "die Passtbank" which is a somewhat funny / not so funny way to contort from "post office bank" to "the bank that fits you". It's been sold off to Deutsche Bank, which at the time meant that one of the few financial institutions that were separate from hardcore financial capitalism got sold straight to the people at the very center of hardcore financial capitalism. They still try to keep that old image but it has become quite hollow after they shut down literally hundreds and hundreds of locations in several waves over the past years. One commenter of the YT video wrote, "Warum sagt die Postbank nicht offen das sie Privatkunden nicht mag", and they're right. At least that would be candid and I'm sure among the customers fleeing the crumbling building there would be some who'd stay for them just for that.
