Meta has perfected the Reality Distortion field.
You only get the news that they want you to get. And what you get is totally biased to favor those who pay the most, aka maximizing advertising revenue.
I just don't get it. Why does anybody use Facebook to read the news????? Every TV channel has a news site, every newspaper has one too.
- anonzzzies 2y agoPeople are not only getting their news from 12 year olds on TikTok; they are learning everything from the same people. Social media is a disaster but many people are still ignoring or dismissing it; a large amount of people have not been taught critical thinking and so they spoon up whatever someone with a face they find friendly says. I cannot understand how it is not 18+, all of it.
