Well done on building this.
I can see this being useful, devil is in the details of how good the UI is. I don't use Python yet for LLM stuff but I may do in the future (for other reasons). But something like this might be useful to me.
The sticking point for me is I prefer to use open source not because of course but longevity and control reasons.
- llmdev 2y agoThanks! If you do end up using Python for LLM app development, and end up trying out Custom Playgrounds at any point, we'd love to get any feedback that you might have. (We've started out with Python support because Python is currently the lingua franca for much LLM app development; that said, we've also discussed adding JS/TS support going forward.) Re reasons for preferring open source - understood. (In this case, Custom Playgrounds are tightly integrated with the rest of our product -- including for secure sharing, auto-logging, test suite construction and execution, etc. -- and the rest of our product isn't open source.) Also, just checked out https://langcss.com https://langcss.com -- nice!
