The part where it says "No state shall deprive any person of life...without due process"?
- underlipton 2y agoThe 14th Amendment was unambiguous in its intent, but subsequent malicious/activist judicial shenanigans watered it down, e.g., the Slaughter-House cases and the 1874 Section 1983 deletion.
