Also the more enjoyable tasks will be replaced with more drudgery. "I wish I could automate writing code so I could spend more time doing code reviews," said no-one ever, but that's the glorious future the "AI" developers are selling.

This is the "reverse centaur" metaphor by Doctorow (for example here https://doctorow.medium.com/https-pluralistic-net-2024-04-23-maximal-plausibility-reverse-centaurs-0a3e71fd9c2 https://doctorow.medium.com/https-pluralistic-net-2024-04-23...) which describes the exact problem with this.
