I find it fascinating that it seems like this works for some (humans) but not others. n=1 ... a tripple dose of omega-3 capsule gives me a noticalbe improvement in my depression within 24 hours.

Definitely works for me, so n >= 2.

My experience is, that it also depends on when. Most of the time, it clearly had some positive effect on me, but sometimes, it didn’t improve my mood at all.
