- shepherdjerred 2y agoCongress are the bureaucrats
- vaadu 2y agoCongress are the elected bureaucrats Agency folks are unelected bureaucrats
- HDThoreaun 2y agoCongress is one of the least effective institutions in this country
- vaadu 2y agoThe purpose of Congress is to make these kinds of decisions. They pass the buck so they don't have a voting record that an election opponent can use against them. They need to do their job.
- HDThoreaun 2y agoUnfortunately saying they need to do their job will not make it so
- rhaksw 2y agoThis decision has more to do with the Court owning its own past mistake, where they deferred to executive agencies. But both the judiciary and the legislative enabled the executive to consolidate lawmaking and interpretive power, thus violating the separation (and balance) of powers. Overruling Chevron is a step in the direction of restoring the balance of power. The balance may never be perfect, but at least we can see when we're far off course and make a correction.
- cryptonector 2y agoBecause of Chevron.

- intended 2y agoYes! I look forward to network and IT related laws being created by congress! They’ve got the age and experience to truly get it right! /s
