A comprehensive picture of how much it costs to rent near almost every station on the capital’s rail network in 2024.
For each station, they’ve gathered the average rent of a one-bedroom flat in 2024, using its surrounding postcode district as a proxy, as well data on how each station’s rent has increased since 2020. Then, they’ve visualised everything as an interactive Tube map.
