Insurance is the Major healthcare fraud,and is widely accepted. I pay a monthly fee to a company for a "service" which actually is on the company's interest to avoid providing. Insurance companies would spend $500,000 in lawyers to prevent paying me $500,001 . Worse yet, in some cases I am required by law to contract this fraud.
