- mardifoufs 2y agoIncreasingly political compared to when? And I don't think it's a singular judgement. If anything, the "ideological split" types of decisions are rarer, so it's more accurate to say that a few decisions on hot political topics doesn't mean that the SCOTUS is increasingly political.
