  It's well documented some of the ways he is emotionally fragile. Also widely agreed not to have developed empathy for humanity in general compared to what average adults achieve normally. It's not that uncommon, all kinds of people are in the same boat. Numerical calibrations can be difficult to represent properly, but they do need to be based on known quantities for which there is widespread consensus.
