- JohnFen 2y agoIt will be interesting to see how this plays out, I guess. Personally, I don't trust the backers of this enough to even remotely consider living or working there. I'm curious to see if my mistrust turns out to be warranted or not.
- infotainment 2y agoI hope to see it happen, mostly because they seem to have the right ideas in place at least. In contrast, consider “Mountain House”, the similarly-located ridiculous “new town” that consists of literally nothing but single family homes. If it gets to exist, then why not this one? At least the California Forever people have a plan for trying to make it walkable.
