You're not removing it properly. After I setup my first install of W10 nothing has ever been changed or reverted after any update.
- DEADMINCE 2y agoDownvoted, but the fact remains. If your settings revert after every update, you didn't tame W10 properly. So those people downvoting likely have some reading to do, or they can downvote and keep feeling hurt and keep fixing their installs every couple of months.
