The point of ArXiv is that it's not (necessarily) peer-reviewed.
- ricksunny 2y agoCorrect (besides the peer-review of public discourse). Arxiv does gatekeep a filter on who can post; IIRC generally one has to be affiliated with an academic institution or referred by one who is already allowed to publish in arxiv.
