I had a similar experience last time I tried komorebi. The architecture seems smart in theory, with concerns separated between komorebi/komorebic/autohotkey, but in practice it's a lot of fiddling. I also experienced an irritating pixel-border spacing issue. I've been using Divvy for the past few months and it's suited my needs much better.
