Hedera Hashgraph uses Proof-of-Stake consensus, stake weighting, aBFT and minimum stake threshold with node staking delegation. Malicious nodes can lose delegators. If a node doesn't participate in consensus it won't receive rewards.
I'm not aware of any consensus mechanisms invulnerable to Sybil attacks but I am simple pleb.
