BMW's CO2 Emissions Scoreboard Backfires, Drivers Compete to Pollute More
- boznz 2y agoMaybe the car makers should gamify it the otherway with high scores for most MPG or KM/KWH for each model, it would be interesting to see even if not competing
- kstenerud 2y agoIt's a very simple messaging fix: Current messaging: "You emitted more CO2 than X% of other BMW [insert model name here] drivers." Better messaging: "You emitted less CO2 than X% of other BMW [insert model name here] drivers." Now you turn the competition factor on its head.
