Where is California Forever getting the water for proposed city of 400k people?
- bradleybuda 2y agoI suspect they will have a harder time finding 400k people than they will finding water.
- jelliclesfarm 2y agoI doubt if that was ever in the plan. But YIMBY groups are already supporting this because of that promise.

It would be better working on something like that with some semblance of control.
