Well said. Covid and lockdowns caused many issues but something I am going to be forever thankful for - the push to work from home. It meant I could spend lots of time with my son. Precovid, I would leave before he got up and then have half an hour or an hour before bed time (if that). Even now, I am only in the office once every two week - I see him in the mornings (and take him to school), I pick him up in the evenings and take him to martial arts a few times a week. Something my dad never was able to do as he worked away from home a lot. My relationship with my son is fantastic, as is my relationship with my wife. Ok, so the job is a bit boring at times, but I now have many passions outside of work.
